A 'banging' City Centre Stay.
Pros: Easy check in process, and after paying the deposit i received a door code and lock box code. The room was a good size and located right centre in the middle of Liverpool. For some that might be an issue... Cons: What's the issue? Well its not really a problem with the apartment, which other reviews have kind of blamed. When I stayed in August it was the warmest weekend of the year, so all the windows were open to let in some air. I basically got told, 'can you not read?' The exact words from the staff member were that the address is on the email. My question was simply for walking directions, as I am not from Liverpool. I then asked for an earlier check-in, having communicated this by message before arrival. When we arrived, the staff rudely said the room wasn't ready and the earliest was 2pm. Bear in mind, this would cost £20 per
