Matlock Studio 1 - Coventry

The area is convenient but compared to Room 3 and 4 didn’t really like room 1

Pros: The space is good Cons: The kitchen sink was blocking and the bathroom was blocking as well

Great location for a longer stay as well

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment with good facilities Cons: On the first day, a few minor issues. But it has been resolved

The space

Pros: The area was local to the centre Cons: The floors were very sticky, the fridge was horrible and had the worst smell that filled the room. The panels in the bathroom and room were broken

Apartments staff was kind and polite, I would recommend staying in one of these apartments

Pros: Great apartment for what I paid for Cons: Walls were pretty dirty throughout the apartment, tenant upstairs was extremely noisy throughout the night and early morning
