Pros: The property is about 20 mins drive from CBD, still convenient. Instructions from owner to access the property and keys are easy to follow. Room is considered clean. Bed mattress is abit on the soft side. All rooms have airconditioners, and all function well for heat. Good size dinning table and dinnerware to for a group of 8 adults. Owner is good in responding to our questions. There is a full laundry faciliteis and also a large separate freezer fridge. Kitchen utensils are all clean. Cons: One thing that could make the stay even better would be adding a dishwasher. Since the house

Good rooms with cooling and bathrooms

Pros: All bedroom has cooling Cons: Kitchen is very warm , no cooling and the place was very warm until night. No one set up or cool the place until we go.

Clean, Tidy and Comfortable. Great option for a large group wanting to stay together.

Pros: The house was perfect for our needs - 3 families with kids staying together. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms roomy. Kitchen and provided facilities were excellent. House was clean and tidy. Cons: I did notice the toilet seats needed adjusting / tightening. And, if you stay with kids, and want them outside to let off steam, there isn't a yard for them to do that, but we made do!
