Disappointing experience

Pros: Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and professional and when twin room was not a twin, the situation was rectified quickly with a complimentary drink at the roof bar offered by way of apology. Cons: On Saturday night, my friend and I returned to the roof bar and ordered 2 glasses of house wine. This not what was served and on paying the £60 bill, questioned the exorbitant cost. We were told the staff had not heard what we ordered and advised a refund for the difference in cost would be made .. a week and a half later, this refund has still not been received. It was fine to sleep there but everything else was poor, I have to say I was quite dissappointed.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel, we didn't raelly use any of the other facilities as we were there to see ABBA Voyage and as much of London as we could in a weekend. Cons: The safe didn't work, someone came to look at it and he said he'd get maintenance to come and sort it but no one appeared the whole weekend so that has significantly influenced my perception of your hotel in a negative way. Fantastic weekend in a beautiful hotel with excellent and helpful staff.

Room was lovely - even had a balcony. Breakfast was fantastic - so much choice and all beautifully served.It was waiter service - so much better than buffet style. The location was very central and we had no problem walking to most places we wanted to go. The extra mile was the roof top bar which was magnificent - the views over London were amazing and particularly spectacular at night. The cocktails were pretty cool too.

Disappointing hotel for the price, but great area.

Pros: Excellent location, you can’t go wrong with the area if you are in London to see the sights. Very comfortable bed and huge hotel room. My room on the third floor and was very quiet. Cons: I may not be hip enough for the hotel, but could do without the techno tunes in the lobby. It’s definitely not a relaxed vibe when you walk in. The decor is very modern, but on the sterile side. I found the room bland and lacking in personality. It was a bit hit and miss with the staff. Some very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Pros: Delightful stay. A perfect location for theatres and Covent Garden. Beautiful room and a lovely surprise of complimentary fruit and wine in our room. Stunning room to accommodate 3 adults (me and my daughters) Felt very safe. Very attentive staff. Cons: Nothing
