Place needs to be redone completely and for the price I stayed I’m kinda disappointed for what I pay

Sorry to state the room's conditions were TERRIBLE. After check-in, entered the room and did a quick review of the bathroom and beds. Pulled the blankets and sheets back and that's when BED BUGS were seen; not just 1but a lot. We got out of the room immediately. All told we were in the room less than 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed that these conditions would exist and perhaps seen acceptable. Only wished I took pictures but just wanted to get out of the room before the Bed Bugs had a chance to get into our belongings.

Cockroachs

After being in the room for about 4 hours I saw cockroaches. The front desk wouldn’t refund me.
