Nice hotel with a great location

Pros: The location was ideal and the price to service value was also very good. Cons: I booked through booking.com and the hotel tried to send me a link to check in ahead of our stay. They sent at least 3 reminders to check in online but the links to do that were removed automatically by booking.com. So I messaged the hotel and they told me to just go to their website, which I did, and it all looked and worked fine. When we got to the hotel, however, they made me fill out all of the paperwork by hand again because it didn’t go through on their website. I was not amused.

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. Cons: Perhaps the only negative aspect is the elevators. Since it's a tall hotel, the two elevators have a hard time handling the flow of guests during peak hours.
