Pros: Location Cons: We had no hot water most of our stay Told manager about it and maintenance didn’t turn up we only had 2 Luke warm showers the whole 3 days 2 night stay! It was a freezing winter Melbourne weekend too! Obviously an issue with the hot water system but no exchange of a room was offered as they were fully booked out and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience of the problem . Very disappointing .
Had an amazing stay and will definitely book again. It is our go to place for accommodation.
Usually when I stay with my daughter, we share a one bedroom apartment, this time we were given a two bedroom, The location is central to the theatre district and shopping.
Location is great. Very close to theatres, and CBD. On tram route. Extra blankets need cleaning. Sheets appeared clean and crispy. She was in a large hot tub. Very difficult for ladies in their 70s. There was a step up from bedroom to living room and hallway to living room. neither were clearly visible for older people. We have stayed previously and the room was much better laid out.
Annie in reception was very friendly and helpful which kicked off our holiday nicely.
