Not bad, would stay again due to the price

Pros: Great location, pretty good value for money. If you are wanting to have something with good access to supermarkets and a few cafes while you are visitng the South Wharf area (convention centre etc) it's a great location. Cons: The WiFi was not good, the showers were very fiddly, and the process to get the security deposit done was arduous. Every time I engaged through booking.com or phone with the property it was like someone had men-in-black erased their memory of previous chats / info provided.

The location was great. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. We also got a free bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely surprise.

Misrepresentation of the room, lack of honesty about it.

Pros: I had 2 problems: to check in my plane arrived late (as scheduled) and i was supposed to receive info to get the key. $300 was paid for this! i did not receive anything! But a lady in Phillipines that was on holidays helped. Thank you. I was supposed to change room 3 days after lies advertised have been exposed. The property manager was nowhere. Invisible. Absent. The lady in charge of cleaning the room helped me. Thank you Cons: I have been shocked by the misrepresent of the room in booking.com. It is sold as "City view". No view. I pointed out the problem, it took 3 days to correct. N
