Quiet and restful stay in a lovely neighborhood.

Pros: Location is wonderful. Quiet, convenient to train, busses, underground, and theatres. There are plenty of good places to eat around, and local shops. The owner and staff were welcoming and very nice. The rooms spotless. Cons: Only that I was on the last floor with no elevator. Don’t bring large, heavy suitcases!

A great hotel in the heart of London, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. John is an incredibly kind and attentive host; we loved him. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Just a small note: due to the nature of the building, the walls are somewhat thin. It wasn't overly bothersome, but if the people above you live on a different schedule, it might disturb some guests. The upper floors are accessible only by stairs. I would book this place again anytime and highly recommend it.

Great location, and friendly, helpful staff

Very good location! We wanted to stay in the Westminster area, and it was conveniently located near both a subway station and the Uber boat pier~ Also, there was a good sandwich shop nearby, and we could easily walk to the to touristy areas of Westminster. The owner/those working at reception were very thoughtful and kind, too!
