Cons: Shower was the slowest ever used and took an age to heat up
Cons: Shower was the slowest ever used and took an age to heat up. Single Pillow was the thinnest I have ever tried to sleep on, walls paper thin, listening to conversations and noise from above all night! Sorry disappointed!

Pros: The staff is very friendly. The room is very good, spacious and above all very clean. The location is perfect for visiting London Cons: There might be a missing breakfast but there are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel
