Pros: staff, room, location Cons: none
Great people, comfortable beautiful room
Pros: Beautiful and kind front desk lady that assisted us, very perfessional and acceptable, explained everything to me perfectly to figure out our stay Cons: It didn’t phase us but the window wouldn’t open it must have been stuck, we eventually figured out the cooling system to keep the room at a nice temperature
Very poor service. I requested an invoice twice through Booking.com and reminded the receptionist again when I checked out, yet I still haven’t received it. It should not be this difficult or take this long for a hotel to provide a simple invoice.
Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and willing to assist at all times
So angry to have this cancelled and nowhere to stay
My booking was cancelled by your hotel so I don’t know.
