Avoid this place!

Pros: Location Cons: The whole place is horribly loud, with people coming or leaving at all hours of the night or morning. Weird loud sounds from the "tenants" above at like 3:30 a.m.--but two nights in a row!!! No carpets on stairs or anywhere to quiet other tenants. Worst weekend of sleep I've had in years, and this was meant to be a quick vacation. Also, the decor is pathetic--Game of Thrones flakes with thin lives.

Not what I thought I was going to get. . .

Pros: I liked the neighborhood and the close proximity to a beautiful park as well as shops and restaurants. Cons: The bedroom had no AC which I found to be ridiculous since it is a new building. The rooms are also not insulated very well for sound. I could hear footsteps on the stairs and the person staying directly above my room was quite loud as I heard them walking back and forth for well over an hour late in to the night. Someone also left the front door open in the middle of the night, which I discovered very early in the morning when walking my dogs. I don't understand why all the bathr

Pros: The location was great and had good access. The bathroom was clean and clutter free. The site has free washing machine and dryer to use. Cons: This listing was not advertised accurately. It's described as a complete suite, but it's actually a shared room in a house with an attached bathroom that's accessed from outside the room, so there's no real privacy. The room is also small. Getting in is also unnecessarily complicated, with different codes needed for the house, the room, and the bathroom. The walls are thin, so noise from other guests carries easily. The bed is essentially a futon

Misleading listing—this is a shared house, not the private apartment we believed we had booked.

Pros: Honestly, nothing. We only stayed because our flight landed in the middle of the night and we had nowhere else to go. We checked out the next day. Cons: THIS IS A SHARED HOUSE. THEY DO NOT MENTION THAT. The listing makes it appear you’re booking a private apartment, but you’re actually renting one bedroom in a house with other guests sleeping in the rooms next to you. While they mention the kitchen is shared if you dig through the property information, they never clearly state that there are three bedrooms together on the same floor, with strangers staying in the others. Only one bedroom
