Environment, beautiful view over the hills / mountains around Kandy and good, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful
Not worth repeating for us
Pros: The view from the family room and the friendliness of the staff Cons: Actually, it was faded glory. What was a beautiful and modern hotel in HR images was no longer the case. We had an interleading door from our family room (with 4 beds) to the next room, making it very noisy. The main course at dinner was cold, tasteless, and the beef very tough. Breakfast was also disappointing: sausages and French toasts swimming in fat. The staff is very helpful and accommodating
