Not a good experience with the staff
Pros: The rooms, location , restaurant Cons: The staff . I was deceived when it came to paying for the mini bar …didn’t realize we had to pay for the things up in our room..when I was checking out , we were told to pay around 160pounds for something that clearly was in the room for guests ..when I argued it was, they deducted money unknowingly from my account..
Cons: On m’a volé un bijou et le personnel n’a rien fait et limite il était accusateur et m’a suggéré de bien regardé comme si ça n’était pas déjà à plusieurs reprises. Je suis très déçue et en colère😣
