Lovely hotel in great location

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Hotel was in a great location, pool was very good, although it lost the sun early afternoon so everyone kept moving round to stay in the sun. View from our room on 10th floor of the city was great. There was a bit of a misunderstand regarding us being Level guests, we did not know we had booked it, & the general reception did not tell us the advantages. So 36 hours later we found out. The guest experience manager, Fernando did come to see us on the day we were checking out to apologize which we did appreciate & they also wavered us paying for the 2 dr

Pros: The staff especially Inez and Eva who looked after the pool area.Also the male and female staff who worked both at the pool bar and the lobby bar.Too many names to remember, sorry, but all helping to make a memorable stay for us . Cons: Nothing

Pros: Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr schöner Pool, großzügige Tiefgarage Cons: Das zweite Waschbecken war durch das direkt davor plazierte Bidet nicht nutzbar.

Comfortable stay at a nice hotel

Pros: The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and well resourced, lighting, mirrors good hairdryer. Location was good for the event we were visiting. Cons: Every thing was good without anything being great. For example the breakfast was good at €17 but not €25 the standard price.
