Staff are amazing. Rooms were exceptional and views amazing (apart from when cruise ships are there which is often).
Pros: The staff were exceptional. I left my phone in the taxi on way to hotel and they did everything they could, immediately got onto it and they got my phone back for me. Cons: The red tiles in the pool making the water look red.

J’y retournerais sans hésiter
Pros: Très bel emplacement, dommage que les paquebots accostent juste en face la terrasse la vue ne reste ne reste pas pour autant très belle sur l’Alfama. Cons: Un point d’amélioration : le mécanisme des portes des chambres (fermeture automatique) peut générer des bruits nuisibles lors de leur fermeture (claquement de porte) si on ne retient pas la porte. Ce que nous avons subi plusieurs fois le soir avant de s’endormir, l’isolation des portes pourraient être renforcées pour éviter cela ou adapter le mécanisme pour limiter ces nuisances.Pour le reste, nous avons aimé cet établissement.
