Worth it but front of house guy was terrible, very rude and dismissive

Pros: Room, Facilities, restaurant and bar staff were great Cons: The Reception/front of house…. Awful attitude

Pros: Room was really good Bathroom was very clean and towels we very nice Cons: Bed was very comfortable but unfortunately quilted was far to heavy which made it uncomfortable as was a bit chilly to leave of and to hot to keep on which lead to a sleepless night Needed a lower tog

Pros: Although by a corridor door, nights were quiet. Curtains provided nearly full blackout. Carpets new and clean. Tea and Coffee plentiful and good quality. Bathroom a little tired but spotlessly clean. Staff very pleasant and surroundings beautiful. As a solo traveller felt very safe. Cons: Only little niggles. Bedding slightly stained but otherwise clean - shame as it spoilt otherwise perfect look of room. TV had very poor reception on some channels.
