A nightmare: inaccessible hotel, disgraceful service, and an aggressive employee who challenged us to a physical fight.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, there was not a single positive aspect of our experience worth mentioning. Cons: Absolutely terrible experience. Without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel was practically inaccessible because of ongoing construction and road closures surrounding the property. Getting to the hotel with luggage was a complete nightmare. We were traveling with two young children, two strollers, and eight suitcases, and we had to carry everything ourselves through the surrounding streets just to reach the property. Not a single member

Pros: Stayed here a few times and the standard is always great. Clean and quite spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, location is very close to the train station so easy to get there from the airport or by train and the center is close too.. nice little gym which I used daily. I will definitelly stay here again. Cons: There is a huge construction right in front of the hotel so slightly makes it a bit more inconvenient to walk to the hotel from the station with a huge luggage - but this only adds a few extra steps/minutes to the station so it's no big deal and not the fault of the hote
