Pros: Comfy beds. Lovely rooms. Nice big bathroom. Very clean. Cons: Check in was awful, not enough staff. A mini bus arrived same time we did so had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Went and had dinner while we waited and came back to no staff. A sign said ring 0 for assistance and nobody answered. Had to just wait until somebody came. Lack of staff at Lonestar to.
Convenient location for attending event at Civic Theatre
Very disappointing the hot food had been sitting a long time and was lukewarm, not appetizing at all.
Pros: Room was well organised Cons: I didn’t like that on arrival I was left waiting outside the door while the person at the desk served someone else. I wasn’t able to enter the foyer and wait inside to be served.
Lovely room and great location but let down by the little details.
Pros: Location Cons: No TV remote, did ask reception but not brought to the room. Shower gel bottle empty managed to get a replacement from the front desk. No wi-fi info or information pack in the room.

Pros: The staffs were very helpful in case you need some help. Convenient to find shops, cafes and restaurants. Cons: Difficult to adjust the temperature in the room.
