We had a great experience at this amazing hotel. Our room was just what we expect, and we were made to feel very welcome. We appreciated the expert services and everything went smoothly , special mention to Mr Nan Bell Service for always helping us at the lobby. Many thanks for it. We'll be back again.

Amazing stay at Mercure Surawong
The hotel is nicely located with ease of access to local transports. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The staffs are very caring and attentive to details. Mr Noom from Bell service really helped us a lot and was always kind and humble . I recommend him. The room and bathroom were all the time very clean. All the amenities were there to make our stay pleasant. The hotel has a rooftop bar which is really amazing . You have stunning views of Bangkok from there. I recommend highly this hotel.
