Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, breakfast options are varied and tasty. Hotel is in a quiet area with no noticeable noise from streets but is in easy walking distance of main sites and public transport stops. Would happily visit again. Staff are all very helpful and kind
Good stay in Bilbao
The Mercure Bilbao was in a great location. Corner room was quiet and clean with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Location is perfectly situated between Guggenheim and Casco Viejo. Very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and main shopping street nearby.

I stayed at Mercure Bilbao Jardines De Albia recently and overall found it to be a very comfortable and well-presented base for exploring the city. The standout for me was the room. It felt modern, well thought out, and nicely appointed throughout. The furnishings had a clean, contemporary feel without being overdone, and everything you would expect from a solid 4-star hotel was there. The bed was large and very comfortable, complemented by a good-sized TV directly opposite. A very good stay at Mercure Bilbao Jardines de Albia
Mercure Bilbao Jardines De Albia is well positioned, close to public transport (Metro station Abando is less than five minutes walking) and to the Old Town (10 minutes walking). I had a very good room, with a comfortable bed. Insulation from outside noise was excellent, and air conditioning worked well and it was not noisy. The bathroom was also very good. Everything was spotlessly clean. Wireless connection worked very well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with many choices available. In summary: a very good hotel for my six days in Bilbao!

Excellent location,easily walkable to the old town and Guggenheim. Staff were really friendly, nice lobby area and the rooms were very clean and well presented. Would recommend. Great value for money.
