Rip off parking charges
Pros: Nice room, comfy, quiet. Cons: Paying for parking. It’s insulting that they charge guests an extra £10 a night for parking even though the same company own it, and they hide the charge in the small print so you don’t notice it when booking. Many other companies do not rip their guests off in this way. I won’t be staying again.
Parking NOT included - £10 is a rip off. Paid for parking - 4 weeks later - £100 fine
Pros: The staff were very nice Cons: Parking should be included within the price. £10 for parking is a RIP OFF and scam. Furthermore, after paying for parking at the reception, 4 weeks later I receive a parking fine for £100. Very unhappy to be completely honest.

Pros: Good breakfast. Gentleman on evening bar very friendly. Cons: Reception staff were ok. I had to go back to get room changed as room smelt really bad of smoke. Unfortunately l had to move to a twin instead of a double due to availability! Im amazed they didnt have another double but suspect they probably did but it would have been an upgrade so they prefered to give me a different room layout rather than a better room even thought I had already been inconvenienced with a smelly room. Breakfast was really good but the staff in the breakfast lounge were miserable. Ill try somewhere else nex

Pros: The price of the hotel and the location was good. The breakfast as good as included in the price. Cons: The leisure facilities was arun down and the locals was complaining about the facilities. The evening meal was over priced for the food quality we got.
