Hotel staff are friendly and courteous and the breakfast buffet was excellent
Hotel staff are friendly and courteous and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Certain parts of the hotel are not in an acceptable condition however. Carpet on level 13 has numerous patches in the halls and in the room where carpet pile is missing and there are moths flying around.
