Pros: Lovely hotel Cons: Maybe hot food could been open lil bit more later

Not a 4 star stay

Pros: Good location for Spire hospital Cons: Room wasn’t clean. Pet hair all over the floor, empty beer cans under the bed. Cobwebs all over the room. The bar was out of nearly every drink. £20 charge for dog per night and £10 charge per night for parking. I think that should be made clearer on booking.

Pros: The breakfast was great, plenty of variety. Cons: The heating our room wasn’t working so it was a little chilly!

Pros: Clean and comfortable Cons: We paid for breakfast on checking in but was challenged by the entrance breakfast staff who said we hadn’t luckily we were given vouchers but standing there trying to prove we had paid was a bit embarrassing
