Mercure Doncaster Centre Danum Hotel

Pros: The room.key Cons: FORMAL COMPLAINT: Unacceptable Standards & Critical Safety Risks – Room 206 (10-Year Loyal Guest) Dear Senior Management Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay in Room 206. As a customer who has loyally chosen and supported your hotel for over 10 years, I am deeply disappointed by the sharp decline in quality, cleanliness, and basic guest safety during my visit. During my stay, I was forced to deal with a cascade of unacceptable issues: * Critical Safety & Security Hazard: The window safety chain was broken. Room 206 is a maj

Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything the room was filthy no hot water to have a shower n staff wernt interested

Great if you want to party. But with a family...no stay somewhere esle.

Cons: The noise. The 4am visitor to our room wearing only a bra!. The fire alarm going off at 11 pm The noise from the street.

Great location, good rooms but very noisy

Pros: Room was spacious, modern bathroom, comfy bed Cons: The noise throughout the night with doors constantly banging. The food at breakfast was all barely luke warm

Pros: Location was central which was handy. Been central does mean that the nightlife is close and can be loud. The room had everything that we needed, comfy bed, good shower and the facilities to make a cuppa. Cons: Our room had a fault with the air conditioning unit. Although we never turned it on it started dripping through the night onto the carpet which caused quite a smell. With it been late we never bothered the reception and let them know on check out about the issue. Also the bathroom could of been cleaner.
