It appears to be a lovely hotel with a prime location but the check in needs to improve.

Pros: The room was excellent very spacious and clean with a large bathroom Cons: Sadly the check in experience was probably the worst I have ever encountered. There was a queue of people at 3pm which is fair enough as that is the allocated check in time. The problem however was there was only one member of staff checking residents in and for some reason each check in was taking about 20 minutes, there was a definite problem because people in the queue were becoming exasperated and were worried about potentially missing the reason they had booked in the hotel in the first place such as attendin
