Expensive for what it is. Staff were lovely. Big shout out for Abbey. She was excellent and very helpful.
Pros: Location was great. Enjoyed breakfast although we waited a while for fried eggs. Cons: The lifts. Only one working and it was very temperamental.

Pros: Location to the wedding I was going to Cons: Room was old and run down. Rather smelly. Waterlogged skirting boards in the bathroom. Dirty marks on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Good value for money hotel in an excellent central location in a great city.
Pros: Location, parking availability. Personal touch in the room with a handwritten card & snacks provided. Staff very friendly & helpful. Bar area had been renovated since our last stay & looked better for it. Cons: Room is functional rather than outstanding, but comfortable enough.
