Staff were great, foyer ok. Room dated small and over priced. Lack of sleep from noise
Pros: Staff are amazing. Room on river side was quite from road side noise but not from noise from other guests. Did not sleep well as sound proofing not great. Especially from the hall outside room and other guests slamming doors or using their bathroom. Cons: Ridiculously small room for the price!!!

Excellent location and great price for checking out Inverness.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy and ready promptly at check-in time. The breakfast was more than satisfying and the options for pescatarians/vegetarians were more than ample. Cons: Street noise was a little loud when the bars across the road closed but that's out of the hotel's control.

Terrible value for money
Pros: Clean in good location Cons: Freezing room, heating wasnt working. Appallingly slow internet, to the point that the TV was pixelated as if it was the early 90s 2 plug sockets, none near the bed and I paid for a river view and I got that but a roof and scaffolding view would have been more apt. Expensive car park
