A little disappointing

Pros: Very convenient location near the station. The staff was very good. The lift was out of order, but the staff willingly helped with changing rooms to a lower floor and carrying large luggage. Cons: Unfortunately, the lift was out of order at a bad time and couldn't be used. I was moved to a room on a lower floor. As a result, the view outside the window was covered with construction scaffolding, making it the worst view.

Disappointing

Pros: Location was great Cons: We got three rooms at the same price, but mine didn't have a bathroom window, dressing gowns, or slippers. All rooms should provide the same amenities for the same price. The hotel staff took a long time to find the booking for the third room (hours). They wouldn't let me change the duration even though I didn't need the third night. I was still charged, which was a surprise to them when I checked out 'early'. They should have allowed me to explain during check-in. Apart from the location, I have very few positive things to say about this hotel.

Pros: 駅に近くて、とても便利。 スタッフが、とても良い。リフトが故障したが、下の階への部屋変更や大きな荷物の持ち運びをスタッフが快く引き受けてくれた。 Cons: タイミング悪く、リフトが故障して使えず。 下の階の部屋へ変更してもらった。結果、窓の外は、工事の足場で覆われていて、最悪なビュー。
