Pros: Comfort and calm, and a nice little pool during the heatwave. Cons: I had reserved and paid in advance for another room for my sister who couldn't come due to the canceled TGV train because of the heatwave, and there was no commercial gesture. I know it was non-refundable, but still! Otherwise, I am satisfied.

Pros: The room was great, I loved the 'Eco-ness' of everything in the hotel - glass water bottles, no food wastage, etc. The breakfast was excellent. The location was superb, and the value was good. The architecture and history of the hotel building were interesting. Cons: I felt that the swimming pool was misrepresented - it was about 5 meters x 3 meters max - more like a big bath, and I didn't use it. I thought I would be able to swim before breakfast - but that was not the case! I noticed that all the staff seemed very young - no one seemed to be in charge - for instance, during breakfast,
