Catastrophic
Pros: The bedding. Cons: No water bottles in the room, forced to drink tap water while in the middle of a heatwave. Faulty electricity in the room, the light strip above the bed not working, power outage on some switches. The air conditioning that works halfway. The staff asking me to go to reception to get an ironing table instead of bringing it to my room. The location is in a quite complicated neighborhood.
