Pleasant and comfortable

Pros: Very well located and facilities were very clean and comfortable Cons: The service fee for the room service is extremely high. Ordered a club sandwich and the service fee was 25% of the cost of the sandwich and then they ask if I wanted to leave a tip. I understand everything costs money, so I would have appreciated knowing the service fee was $10 before hand.
