Pros: Staff were very friendly and wonderfully professional. Facilities were extremely clean and totally comfortable. Customer service was truly excellent. I felt safe and secure. Breakfast was outstanding! Toiletries were luxury. Food was fabulous. Cons: Paying £10 a day to park seemed unfair when staying at the hotel!

Pros: I loved the extremely enormous television and I loved the bed it was extremely comfortable Cons: I did not like the breakfast I think there could have been more choice I think that the breakfasts need to be improved also I think that the checkout time should be a bit later
