Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Pros: Robot Delivery of packages Cons: The options for vegetarians was very poor considering its a ACCOR hotel. Most of the staff did not know English. No Room Service or Restaurant on the property ( other than for breakfast)

Everything is perfect except location as most of taxi & food delivery drivers could not find the place

Cons: There is nothing surrounding

Ethics and integrity should be a part of the hotel policy

Pros: I by mistake left behind a small package of a gift after checking out I realised that I have not packed the gift. Upon calling the receptionist twice I was informed that there’s nothing left behind. Now how could it disappear from the room. It has to be taken away by the housekeeper. The hotel refuses to acknowledge this. That’s sad. They didn’t even want to investigate this. The gift left behind was expensive. Sad but this usually doesn’t happen in a branded chain Cons: Rooms are tiny

Good

Pros: Close to station Cons: Hard to find
