Perfect
Pros: Location great, ideally placed to access all local areas. Spa was great , clean, relaxing. Food was lovely. Staff were so polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean decent view Cons: The fact the heating didn't work. Was a tad chilly early morning and late evening in the room.
It was aweeeesooooome! So cosy and it was mine and my boyfriend’s first time at a hotel so it was memorable and sweet. N
Pros: A special thank you to Lucia who did a great job at cleaning the rooms. We left a small tip as we didn’t have more cash but would like to highlight we were thankful for her job! :) Cons: Nil

Pros: Friendly staff, relaxed happy atmosphere, beautiful grounds, lovely spa, great room, pool table, breakfast. Cons: just one thing: the steam room was out of order on our second day.
Welcoming
The welcome was fantastic from the Lisa on reception, we stayed there because we recently got married, we make regular trips to Sheffield and we will be definitely staying there again, good breakfast as well
A beautiful hotel in amazing grounds but still in need of upgrading here and there
Pros: The location makes this hotel extra special and has been part of my life for over 60 years Cons: The bathroom has yet to be upgraded
