Pros: Very friendly staff. Room with very good amenities. Cons: Room quite small, but partly typical for London.

They are not worth 4 stars
Pros: The location of the hotel Cons: Air conditioning didn't work. Personally unfriendly. They twist stories. They don't even have a toilet brush to lend.
