Cons: El personal de recepción. Ninguno de ellos fue agradable de trato y nos facilitó la información adecuada. Ni siquiera eran agradables para saludar y dar los buenos días o buenas tardes. La información sobre costes, tipo impuestos de NY o la retención por fianza, no nos la dieron proactivamente, tuvimos que solicitar aclaraciones. Personal totalmente pasivo y nada enfocado al cliente. Por otro lado

Pros: It was very beautiful. I liked that it was on main and the old style vibes. Cons: Parking near there.

A great place to stay!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. All of the employees were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was great for many of our activities. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was tasty. We really only have positive things to say and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Cons: Because of the proximity to Times Square, there was some noise which might bother some travelers (3 of our group of 4 were unbothered, the 4th used ear plugs and was fine). Some might also find the rooms on the smaller/cozier side (this didn't bother us, but good to know in advance).

Absolutely the best!!

This is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan! The hotel is incredibly cozy, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the drinks and food are absolutely delicious. Everything was spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!
