Pros: 1- Location : - ⁠It’s family friendly, very quiet area good for relaxing. - Great location for people want to be in the center between Dammam/Alkhobar and Bahrain it’s only 10-15 min to King Fahad bridge. - ⁠ Close to Aljanabiya area that have restaurant “we tried most of them” (don’t miss Mila Restaurant Italian , Blaze Burgers American and Homa Restaurant Iranian cuisine) / AlJazera supermarket / pharmacies and coffee shops it’s only 8-10 min next to petrol station. - ⁠Near to entertainment area shopping / kis playing area (Yabeela) / restaurant and coffee shops in Hamala at Al Liwa
