Pros: The free valet parking and secluded area for hotel guest Cons: The sleep was uncomfortable because there was light in the room at the top of the blinds. There was no ventilation in the big bathroom, and the jet tub kept going off randomly throughout the night waking us up.
Will not be staying at another mgm again

Pros: Cleanliness of room and hotel overall was great! Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Cons: Spouse lost her Primary ID. Had secondary ID with all the necessary requirements including photo and was a registered guest at the hotel, but was denied access to Casino. Couldn't get in even to use restaurants in casino area, the one we could access was closed, and we couldn't get room service at time of night. Since we had attended a concert in town, we ended up not having access to food at the hotel. We believe this is something that could have been handled a lot differently, since my spouse
