Great Location in Miami
Pros: The best location in downtown Miami, a great view from the room, a hotel with several amenities, quick room service, totally recommended. Cons: The bed is fine but the pillows and the mattress could be improved

Great buffet
We had a very nice experience at the Biscayne Bay hotel. The breakfast buffet was great and Aurea, our server, was amazing. Very helpful, always looking if we need anything at the table and very friendly. The hotel and restaurant was great the staff are very friendly and the rooms are big and cozy. The location is ideal if you are taking a cruise.

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish! The churrasco was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and made the entire evening even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Carlos for the exceptional service and hospitality. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. It’s rare to find service that elevates an already amazing meal, but Carlos did exactly that. Best Birthday Dinner
