Hits and misses - could be improved.
I stayed for 5 days, and despite reminder, they did not get the refrigerator fixed. The design of the shower isn’t ideal, as water will easily splash out of the shower area wetting the whole toilet. Breakfast is often crowded and not having sufficient plates and cups - I had to skip breakfast since I could not find them to have a proper breakfast. On one morning, one coffee machine broke down, one was out of milk and the last one was just having a line of people queuing for coffee. Overall, a little disappointing although room was spacious and staff were friendly.
