Pros: Location Cons: Staff not very cooperative and do not respond to requests sent via emails or calls.. plus I discovered later that they charged more than the agreed amount and when I requested a detailed invoice no reply at all

Cons: I stayed here for 4 nights, booking on Booking with an all-inclusive price (breakfast, taxes, mandatory supplement). At check-in, they inform me of a different price, I mention that it wasn't like that, show the Booking receipt but to no avail. Half an hour of discussion after a day of flying and I don't understand why. At check-out, the price is still different. Another discussion with other reasons. It could have been fine for me, after all, it was about 50 dollars, but on principle, I write to Booking for clarification. No news from the property. The worst thing happens a week later.

Pros: Upgraded to a fantastic corner room on check-in! Staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any NYC stay since I've been going. Cons: Lots of construction. Bought a breakfast package here for $60 and only received $38 credit at the hotel. Next time I'd just go to the fantastic store on the corner.
