Indecent services for a 4-star hotel
Pros: The location
Cons: Do not trust the photos, it's false advertising: The building is under construction, causing significant noise and construction odors. The room was dirty, old, and equipped with broken facilities. There are no on-site services: no restaurant, no room service, and the reception is in another building. To top it off, the management refuses to respond to my requests, as well as those of Booking. Paying the price of a 4-star hotel for such conditions is simply unacceptable.

The rooms and equipment were indeed quite old, but it didn't bother at all. In a way, it created the atmosphere of New York.
The elevators were very fast - there were 5 of them, and the waiting time was quick. I recommend rooms on higher floors.
The location for a first stay in NY was great - you could visit a lot of things on-site, and Broadway shows take place within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you
