Pros: Excellent location Cons: It was booked as a family room as there is what appears to be a sofa bed but it is not and it's very hard and uncomfortable
Pros: Excellent location Cons: It was booked as a family room as there is what appears to be a sofa bed but it is not and it's very hard and uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful and offered extra comforters so my daughter could sleep. It's really only for couples and should be advertised as a family room

Exceptional location in Times Square.
Pros: Exceptional location in Times Square, very close to all of New York's major landmarks. The room is larger than most Times Square hotels and very comfortable. Cons: The housekeeping response is slow and needs improvement.
