Nice hotel, ok neighborhood but service and communication could be improved

Cons: Nice hotel, but service and communication could be improved The hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere, and we were happy with our sea-view room. The mattress and pillows were fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and skybar areas. The à la carte lunch and dinner were also good. Unfortunately, the service and communication did not quite meet our expectations. Not all staff spoke English and some of those who did were not fluent enough to communicate more complicated requests clearly. This led to several misunderstandings during our stay. Pros: Il letto matrimoniale fantastico, cuscini e piumone d’oca. Sky bar e personale al top Cons: La pulizia delle camere non era sempre al top, sporco sotto il letto, negli angoli della camera vicino alle tende, e anche un po’ sotto i mobili del bagno

Incroyable hôtel ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Pros: Hôtel très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les prestations, la gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement. Cons: Les prix des repas et boissons à la carte sont élevés.
