Pros: The property sits right next to a Lawson convenience store and is within easy walking distance of the Lumine shopping malls and Shinjuku Station. Cons: It’s a 15 mins walk to Shinjuku station under the summer heat.

This stay was in a Western-Japanese style room with two tatami mats, two single beds, a large dining table for convenience, and a bathtub for soaking.
