Fantastic hotel that exceeded expectations. Wish we had more than one night.

Very large and well laid out room for my family. We had the room with the double bunks. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Easy check in process with both machines and available staff. Super cool using Suica as a room key- even phone app works. In building on top of a family mart and easy taxi grabbing. Enormous park next door with fabulous playground.

Hotel on 7th floor of building. Electronic check in and check out. Room was good, clean. 500 m walk to subway. Easy to find.

Pros: お部屋が広々　ホテルと同じフロアにグランドピアノがある Cons: 歯ブラシがなく、前もって知っていたら持参したのにと思いました。スタッフはいなくてAiコンシェルジュに問い合わせして1Fコンビニへ買い行こうかとしたところたまたまスタッフルームから人が出てきたので、フロントで購入しました。フロントは無人なので、少し不便を感じました。また、部屋にはTVがなく、大型スクリーン、プロジェクターで映し出す感じでした。自分のアカウント入れるのが抵抗がありましたので使用しませんでした。ネットフレ、Youtubeなどコンテンツは色々ありアカウントでログインすれば良いのですが、使いませんでした。Tvでニュース番組を見たかったです。

Pros: The area is quiet and close to a big park. There are subway and JR stop in 5-10mins walking distance. The room is vey big, clean, and new. There is Family mart downstairs, another one close by, and one small supermarket. Self-check in and check out. You could use Suica card or Suica card on mobile as the room key. There are also small kitchen with microwave. Cons: The breakfast is simple with same sandwich and coffee or tea or juice. No room cleaning, you need to pay extra for it. No trash collecting. You need to ask for the plastic bag and put it outside your room.
