The staff that helped me during my stay were quite unfriendly
The staff that helped me during my stay were quite unfriendly. The man at the front desk during check in seemed annoyed to have to help me and treated me like he was above me. I paid extra when purchasing the room for a food/beverage credit during my stay and the hotel refused to honor that. They did honor it after I made several communications with Expedia and trips to the perturbed man at the front desk. He gave me a “courtesy” coupon for 20% off my meal (even though I already had paid for it). So I saved less than half of what I spent for the perk. When he gave it to me he told me just how
