Friendly staff , good location and spacious room

Pros: The location is amazing and the staff was friendly particularly Ms Mellissa at reception. She was so helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The room I got was so spacious with a lovely ambience. Cons: Black old stains on some of the pillow cases.

Pleasant

Pros: Great location, quiet: Cons: There wasn’t enough cutlery, towels, chairs can be deep washed, they can invest in better decorations and pillows.

Poor - not great for trying to sleep - and room had other guests' hair in the clean bed

Pros: Staff were willing and friendly Cons: There were what looked like pre-paid electricity meter boxes in each room, and they beeped every few hours for the duration of my stay. The caretaker replaced battery, that didn't help. Moved room, it still didn't help as there was a box in the new room, and worst of all, the new room was now on the traffic facing side, so even more noise. Also, other guests were very noisy and I could hear all their noise. Not good for resting or sleeping.

They lost a client i can not stand unprofessional.

Pros: The stay was okay. Cons: I didn't like that I asked for an iron, which took too long, and when it arrived, I ironed and burnt my new dress. The iron accidentally fell onto the white sheet, leaving an iron stain that could be washed out, but the Hotel charged me R300 at check-out, saying they don't wash their own bedding. This was such a turn-off for me; I will never set foot in this hotel again. I have supported this hotel, but I cannot stand scammers and unfair treatment. I asked them why the hotel does not wash it or cover the cost.
