Excluding check in issues, the flat was nice.
Pros: Very nice flat Cons: Checking in was horrible. Lock box did not work. Got a new number and recieved a key without a parking tag. Paid for parking but could not enter garage without the tag. Got phoned tje next evening telling me I had the housekeeping key and had to go exchange it for another key.
Winning experience at Victory Park
Pros: Full service, helpful staff, great location for accessing all of Dallas via freeway or tollway Cons: Instructions for parking arrangements and access weren't detailed enough. The location is a bit noisy due to converging freeways which is somewhat expected
