Pros: The hotel is located very close to Mito Station, with restaurants, izakayas, convenience stores nearby, and the station building has a drugstore, 100-yen shop, MUJI, and everything you need Cons: The water area and others are newly renovated and cleaned thoroughly every day, so I don't mind at all, but it's a hotel that has been around for quite some time, so you can feel the age in the chairs and other furnishings in the room, but the room is spacious and relaxing, providing an environment that more than makes up for them

Pros: The hotel is located very close to Mito Station, with restaurants, izakayas, convenience stores nearby, and the station building has a drugstore, 100-yen shop, MUJI, and everything you need is available Cons: The water area and others are newly renovated and cleaned thoroughly every day, so I'm not worried at all, but it's an old hotel since its establishment, so you can feel the age in the chairs and other furnishings in the room, but the room is spacious and relaxing, providing an environment that more than makes up for them
