The hotel is fantastically located, right in the heart of the historic center. There is always a lot to do at any time of the day. For a family, sometimes there may be a bit too much noise. The building is also historical, providing a valuable experience, although the windows and the floor may be a bit outdated at times.
Very good, with a little hiccup. Which was resolved in the morning
Pros: I loved the location, the staff were friendly and polite. The room felt homely. Cons: We had an issue with showering/hot water at night. Not able to shower, so it was a bit of a shame.

Pros: The location and value for money are fantastic. We had a nice view of the cathedral, the room was clean. The staff were lovely and obliging; they allowed us to keep our suitcases in the reception on the day of checkout so we could come back later. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay again. Cons: Noisy in the evening, but as expected being in a city center and above bars. It didn't bother us, but it may bother some. There were 2 fan heaters in the room but no actual cold fan, which would have been nice as it was very hot. The stairs were a little treacherous, with unev
